SURVIVOR FOCUSED

Our mission is to provide timely, compassionate, and precise care to each and
every survivor of sexual assault. We strive to create a more survivor-centered,
multidisciplinary approach, which places priority on the sexual assault survivor’s
health & safety first and foremost.

Frontline supports all SANEs clinically, emotionally, and professionally as
they provide their specialized expertise. We believe in creating and maintaining
SANE positions in which they are emotionally and professionally supported
and uplifted, as well as deservingly and appropriately compensated for the
immeasurable amount of responsibility they willingly face. In doing so, we create
a stronger, unified voice for survivor advocacy at a state and national level.

WHAT WE DO

  • Ensure up to 24/7 coverage for SANE personnel to hospitals within specific regions.
  • We streamline the procedural process, lift the staff demand off of the personnel of the emergency department, and shift the responsibility
to our more experienced, more qualified, focused, and unpressured nursing providers.
  • Provide our SANEs with:
    • Competitive pay + flexible on-call scheduling
    • Regional travel less than 60 minutes from your home
    • On-call hourly pay
    • Paid continued education, certification-required meetings, recertifications, and/or further certification
    • Wider access & greater opportunity in the SANE community
    • Broad resource network
    • A stronger voice for advocacy for SA survivors and for the SANE community
